Only dogs and cats are allowed as pets in the resort. Pets must wear diaper at all times.
•A one time pet fee will be charged per pet. P1000 for small breed dogs (15kg), P2000 for big breed dogs (35kg)
•Maximum of two (2) pets allowed in the resort.
•Pets are not allowed in the Rooms, the Pool and the Kitchen.
•Pet owner should provide the following:
-pet’s food and vitamins, disposable bags, pee pad and diapers
•As courtesy and consideration to the other guests, it is the responsibility of the pet owners to clean up after their pets at all times.
•Clean-up to begin at 3:30pm (or 2 hours before check-out)
•Default on P5,000 deposit for violation
•Pool needs to be drained by 12nn if pet is on the pool.
•As pets are the responsibility of their owners at all times, the owners will be liable for any and all injury caused by their pets and sustained by resort guests or staff during their stay. This includes medical expenses,property and equipment repairs, and personal damage

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Cleaning Fee of Php 1000 if consciously littering all over the resort.

Guest Pays all damages to the property, wall paint and repair fees.

Bel Air Laguna is not responsible for any loss or damage in your belongings.

Customers are advised to take all necessary precautions. Bel Air Laguna will not be liable for any accidents or injuries.
